L&D parts ship from Thomasville, North Carolina within 2 business days.

Supplier parts ship from the supplier's warehouse and may arrive separately.

Report damage within 5 days of delivery with photos.

Return parts that are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get a return number before sending anything back.

No restocking fee on L&D parts. Supplier parts have a 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee if we sent the wrong or a defective part.

Customer pays return shipping unless it was our mistake.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of inspection.

tunes, tuning support, software, credits are final sale.

installed or used parts, electrical parts with a broken seal, custom work can't be returned.

Cancel before shipping: free on L&D parts; 10% on supplier parts.

Core charges are refunded when the old part comes back within 30 days.
